When I click 'romance,' the only topic that appears for me in 'Flirtation,' and I only get the following options: 'Ask about romantic interests' and 'Ask about woohoo interests.' Once I have my sim ask another sim both of those, that is the absolute extent of romance my sims can have (and those don't even contribute to the romance bar). No more falling asleep, or hopping out of bed and ignoring each other Lol.
